TEXT
Form of address: When using direct speech, we address our Followers formally. We would ask you to bear this in mind for your posts.
Character Count: Max. 800 characters incl. spaces
Text-Format: E-Mail-Text/TXT/RTF, DOC(X) or PDF
Short and full view:
If a text consists of more than 330 characters it will not be displayed fully on the Facebook wall. Instead, a Call-to-Action Button “Show more” will appear. To view and read the complete post users need to click on that CTA. The characters shown vary, depending on which device is being used.
Mobile: the first 205* characters are visible without further action
Facebook App or Desktop: more than 205* characters are visible
Important information should therefore either be included in the first 205 characters* or the first part of the text is engaging enough for the readers to want to click on “Show more”.
If a text does not exceed 330 characters* it will be displayed fully on all devices without further user action necessary. 2 characters of those 330 characters are required to label the post as an Ad.
IMAGE
All images must be supplied in RGB color mode. This is mandatory for correct color reproduction on screen.
FILE FORMAT
Recommendation: Compressed PNG, file size smaller than 1 MB.

Please note that we need images in RGB color mode. CMYK images must be converted to RGB by you or your graphic service provider to ensure correct color output.DIMENSIONS
Recommendation: 1 image with the size: 1200 x 630 pixels (width x height).

If the preview image consists of more than 20 % text, Facebook will not allow the post to be an ad. In this case, the post will recieve purely organic Facebook reach. These and other Facebook Advertising Policies can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads
Facebook posts without a picture will not be published.
Each additional image will be charged with 100 € extra (plus VAT, not eligible for AE).
DEALING WITH FACEBOOK COMMENTS
Logged-in Facebook users can comment on Facebook posts.
Next to high-quality insights into the thinking and working world of the target group, it is possible to receive critical reactions.
We understand and use Facebook as a medium of dialogue, therefore no comments will be deleted unless they violate applicable law, morality or contain offensive content. You are free to reply to Facebook comments on your post in on your namebehalf.
ADVERTISING GUIDELINES
Please keep the Facebook Advertising Policiesin mind when creating text and image materials! If the advertising guidelines are not met, Facebook may reject your ad.
LINKS
Max. 3 Links. URLs or link texts count towards the article text, prescribing information according to the “Heilmittelwerbegesetz” (HWG) are not counted towards the number of characters.
REPORTING
If you wish, you will receive all the statistics that Facebook provides us with for about your post.
